Hello HOPE Prima Families!

My name is Ashley Boyte, and I am so excited to serve as the Principal of HOPE Prima! I started at HOPE as a Kindergarten teacher, moved into the School Operations Manager role, and then became the HOPE Regional Director of Operations. I am so excited to now serve HOPE Prima as the Principal. I truly love HOPE because of the mission of the 3 Cs of Christ, College, and Character.

John 4:19 states, we love because He first loved. Here at HOPE Prima, we put Christ first in all of our decision making. We have a full time Chaplain here at Prima. Scholars have chapel once per week. The Chaplain is always available to talk with scholars and families as well. We also have Word of God class everyday in each grade level. We use the Christian Character Formation project which guides students through Bible lessons and teaches them Christian Character virtues.

My goal is to create an excellent learning environment for all scholars, so we can focus on academic achievement. We want scholars to be prepared to not only get into college but get the opportunity to go to the college of their choice. We start talking about college right away in K4.

As your principal, I am deeply committed to fostering a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. We want every student to reach their full potential.

As we continue through this school year together, I am confident that by working collaboratively and supporting one another, we can achieve great things and make this a successful year for all.
